Vyacheslav Maltsev is a Russian political activist and nationalist ideologist. He was born on June 23, 1984, in the city of Volzhsk in the Republic of Mari El, Russia. He graduated from the Mari State University with a degree in law.
Maltsev gained prominence in the Russian nationalist movement with his YouTube channel, "Eshelon," where he regularly posted political commentary and interviews with far-right activists. He became a leading figure in the "Russian March" protests, which are known for their ultra-nationalist and anti-immigrant views.
In 2016, Maltsev founded the "Artpodgotovka" movement, which aims to train activists in street demonstrations and other forms of political activism. The movement has been accused of promoting extremist views and has been banned in Russia.
Maltsev fled Russia in 2017 after being accused of inciting extremism. He currently resides in the United States, where he continues to promote his nationalist and anti-globalist ideology.
